- Booking: public book flow, staff availability and weekly schedules, bookings board
- Two surfaces, one instance: guest site plus operator console, per business
- Shared template, per-client design tokens, gated build, handoff onto the operator's hosting and database

Studio engagement: homeownership OS built end to end. Consumer app, marketing site, and admin ops shipped live; product and repos handed to the client. Engagement closed after handoff.
